• →Deliver comprehensive outpatient care, including histories, physicals, and clinical assessments
• →Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
• →Provide preventative care, wellness visits, and same-day sick care
• →Order, interpret, and act on labs, imaging, and EKGs
• →Develop and adjust treatment plans with increasing independence
• →Prescribe medications and educate patients on care plans
• →Partner with physicians and specialists to coordinate high-quality care
• →Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• PA-C certification (NCCPA)
• Active (or eligible) state license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• 1–2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
• A team-oriented professional eager to grow within a collaborative environment

• 100% outpatient
• No call responsibilities
