  • →Own the AV handling playbook: data-request templates, escalation triggers, reporting thresholds, and vendor and counsel guidelines
  • →Serve as the day-to-day contact for AV operator, carrier, and client partners, including incident updates and recurring reporting
  • →Monitor team performance and quality metrics; prepare weekly and monthly reporting for the Senior Manager
  • →Onboard and train new hires; identify skill gaps and recommend development plans
  • →Track AV legal, regulatory, and technology developments and turn them into handling updates

  • Determine who or what was in control at the time of loss: human driver, driver-assist feature, or automated driving system
  • Request, preserve, and read AV evidence: telematics, event data, camera and sensor footage, remote-assistance logs, and software version
  • Apply coverage, liability, and damages analysis across fleet-operator, manufacturer, supplier, and third-party exposures
