Equipment Specialist (Open to Fresh Graduates)

The Production & Assembly function is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packaging products. As an Equipment Specialist Molding, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment. This includes programming, setup, and monitoring of equipment processes, while ensuring compliance with ResMed’s quality, OH&S, GMP policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required: 

• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices, with the ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings. 

• Proven experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, ensuring equipment is always in optimal working condition. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across teams. 

• Solid understanding of computer systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, both as part of a team and independently. 

• Proactive self-management with a commitment to completing work to the highest standards, on time and within budget. 

• Flexibility to work within a varied schedule, depending on production needs. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred: 

• Experience in injection molding or related fields, with a strong understanding of molding processes and equipment.
