• Previous success in retail management
• Ability to recruit and motivate a team. You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through change
• Sales focused and goal-driven
• Displays excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills
• A passion for creating a fantastic customer experience
• Has full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures
• Having the experience in managing the performance, training and development of a team is an advantage
