Greets all guests at the Players’ Club.
Processes Players’ Club applications.
Distributes rewards to Players’ Club members as indicated.
Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
Provides assistance in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
Receives direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.
Demonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on customer relations.

Knowledge of promotional system set up and/or ability to learn.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through to the New York State Lottery.
