We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join a leading organisation within the banking sector based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a high standard of support via inbound calls and email channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Educate customers on digital banking services and self-service options Conduct call-backs for transaction confirmations and request supporting documentation when required Assess customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions Perform KYC-related tasks in line with internal procedures Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Deliver excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships Requirements Requirements Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Minimum education: SPM or above At least 1 year experience in a banking or financial services customer service role (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and continuously improve Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunity to work within the banking / financial services industry Structured training and onboarding support Career progression opportunities Stable and professional work environment Exposure to customer success operations within financial services
