Position: Store Manager – Beauty Retail – Pavillion Bukit Jalil Location: Petaling, Kuala Lumpur Salary: RM3K-RM6K per month + Commission RM100-RM1.5K per month + Overtime RM100-RM1K per month Full time, WFH Responsibilities · Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management and visual merchandising, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning · Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability, analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth · Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction · Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock audits and implementing loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate record-keeping · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers · Create visually appealing displays and maintain store aesthetics according to brand standards, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers · Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements Requirements Passion for Beauty / Makeup Retail Opportunity to travel to China HQ every year Able to speak Mandarin is a bonus but not a requirement.
