As the brand enters the West Palm Beach market with a long-term flagship pop-up, we are seeking an exceptional Keyholder to serve as a senior sales leader and trusted brand ambassador on the floor. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-visibility opening and play a meaningful role in shaping the brand’s presence in one of Florida’s most influential luxury retail destinations.

This role is ideal for a top-performing seller with a strong personal book of business, refined taste, and a passion for high-touch clienteling. You will act as a cultural and commercial pillar of the store—leading by example, driving sales, and delivering an elevated, memorable experience to every client.

As a Keyholder, you will be a critical presence on the sales floor—supporting daily leadership, opening and closing the store, and setting the standard for service, selling, and brand representation. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience within luxury fashion (Keyholder, Senior Sales Associate, or similar)

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding individual sales targets (required)

  • Strong clienteling skills, including outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building

  • Understanding of luxury service standards, styling, and floor etiquette

  • Comfortable opening and closing the store and acting as Manager-on-Duty when needed

  • Familiarity with Shopify POS (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings

  • A robust book of business in the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach area (required)

  • Drive strong individual sales performance across all KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, AUR)

  • Leverage your existing client book while actively building new long-term relationships

  • Deliver elevated, high-touch styling experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal clients

  • Proactively clienteling before, during, and after store visits

  • Lead by example, setting the tone for service, selling, and professionalism

  • Support store leadership by acting as a key point of contact during shifts

  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to peers when needed

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s voice, values, and aesthetic

  • Create a warm, intentional, and culturally relevant in-store experience

  • Represent the brand with confidence, discretion, and taste

  • Open and close the store with precision and accountability

  • Support operational excellence, including cash handling, floor standards, and loss prevention

  • Maintain impeccable personal and store presentation at all times

  • Consistent achievement of individual sales goals

  • Growth and retention of a strong, engaged client book

  • High levels of repeat business and client loyalty

  • Trusted presence on the floor and during key business hours
