As the brand plans it's next move into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking a best-in-class Store Manager to build, lead, and elevate this new flagship location at the Royal Poinciana Plaza. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand’s presence in one of the most influential fashion markets in the world. Our ideal candidate will naturally be a charismatic, stylistically confident leader who blends curatorial vision with intuitiveness and creativity.
This isn’t just a store manager role. It’s a ground-floor leadership position with enormous room for impact, ownership, and growth.
As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the flagship—responsible for driving leadership, culture, customer experience, sales performance, operational excellence, and sophisticated brand presentation. You will build and coach a high-performing team while ensuring the store delivers a truly world-class retail experience. Making every visit feel like a creative project, not just making a purchase.

Requirements
~1 min read2+ years Store Management experience within luxury fashion with minimum of 2M+ revenue under management (required)
Previous bridal and/or fine jewelry experience (preferred)
Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to exceed sales targets (required)
Strong understanding of retail operations, VM, clienteling, customer service excellence, and loss prevention (required)
Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)
Ability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings (required)
A strong book of business within the West Palm Beach area (required)
Currently located in the Palm Beach area and/or able to commute daily to Royal Poinciana Plaza (required)
Lead, coach, and inspire a passionate team to exceed sales, service, and operational expectations
Deliver in-the-moment training, coaching, redirects, and development conversations
Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, emotional intelligence, and excellence
Own store KPIs, people management, inventory accuracy, and operational execution
Ensure compliance with all processes, policies, and standards
Maintain seamless daily operations across opening, closing, and reporting
Create an elevated, intentional, high-touch customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
Foster a client-first environment focused on connection, styling, and experiential retail
Curate the store’s visual presentation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and commercial priorities
Ensure every detail—from merchandising to floor layouts—supports conversion, UPT, and AUR
Partner with regional leadership to design and execute in-store events, activations, and influencer programming
Leverage local relationships and your personal network to drive traffic, engagement, and cultural relevance
Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to fuel long-term growth
Achievement of sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals
High levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat engagement
A cohesive, motivated, high-performing store team
Consistent operational excellence and elevated brand presentation
Strong local community presence and store-level cultural influence
