About the Role

~1 min read

The School Relationship Manager is a field-first role built for someone who thrives outside of the office — on campuses, in counselor offices, at parent nights, and in the community. This position is the face of our organization at the school level, responsible for deepening existing partnerships with pilot and growth schools while actively identifying and pursuing new school targets to expand our regional footprint.

Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships in their region, the School Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned school portfolio. Success in this role requires equal parts relationship-building and business development — maintaining trust with schools already in our network while consistently growing it through strategic prospecting, presentations, and community engagement.

OTE (Regional Performance)

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, genetic information, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other status or classification protected by federal, state, or local law.

OTE is tied to regional performance — when your region wins, you win. We believe in rewarding the field work that drives real results.

Additional benefits include:

  • Performance incentive structure with earning potential above OTE based on regional results
  • Mileage and travel reimbursement for all approved field activity
  • 401(k) and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development support
  • A clear path for advancement within the regional partnership structure

Most sales roles keep you at a desk. This one puts you exactly where the impact happens — in schools, with educators, in the rooms where students and families make decisions that shape their futures. You'll own a real territory, build real relationships, and see the direct results of your work in the growth of your region.

With a strong director leading your region and a clear structure around you, you'll have both the support and the autonomy to do your best work. If you're ready to be the face of something meaningful — let's talk.
