Executive Director (ED - LTC) Long Term Care

RhynoCare is seeking an experienced Executive Director to work in a Long Term Care facility in Hamilton,ON. You will be hired and onboarded with RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor.

The Executive Director provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of a Long-Term Care residence, with responsibility for resident services, staff and program coordination, regulatory standards, and financial performance..

• →Lead the delivery of resident-focused services and initiatives that promote residents’ well-being and quality of life.
• →Maintain a secure, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
• →Oversee effective processes for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• →Establish positive working relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, service providers, and community partners.
• →Address concerns raised by residents and families and ensure timely follow-up and appropriate resolution.
• →Monitor operational performance and ensure departments and services function effectively.
• →Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards across the residence.
• →Promote collaboration and accountability among leadership, care teams, and families with a focus on Resident Centered Care.

• Post-secondary diploma in Health or Social Services from a program of at least two years.
• Completed or currently enrolled in a Long-Term Care Residence Administration or Management program with a minimum of 100 instructional hours.
• At least 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience within the healthcare or social services sector.
• Previous experience working in Long-Term Care operations or administration is preferred.
