We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Lead to support our front-of-house operations and lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, the Restaurant Lead plays an essential role in floor management, team guidance, and upholding daily service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

→3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or hospitality setting; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
→Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
→Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
→Represent the San Antonio Winery in a professional, positive manner at all times.
→Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends.
- →Wednesday- Sunday availability is required
- →Must be open to working overtime as needed
→Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds.
→Must be able to work on-site in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in varying weather conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind).
→Hygiene Standards:
- →Must adhere to proper hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.
- →A professional appearance and grooming standard must be maintained.

Pay Range

$20—$23 USD
