Plant Administrator

Working with Richardson opens to door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Administrator at our Memphis, TN location. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions.

• →Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
• →Process accounts receivable/accounts payable
• →Review and approve time cards and assist with running weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes
• →Support site safety program
• →Support multiple areas such as, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and administrative areas
• →Other duties as assigned

• Post-secondary/business administration certificate would be an asset
• Minimum 3 year’s previous experience
• Experience in the areas of document administration, creating / editing procedures and work instructions is strongly preferred
• Microsoft applications and data entry
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups
