Desk Assistant-RideNow Ocala

• →Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
• →Submit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processing
• →Register warranties and apply applicable rebates, incentives, and bonuses
• →Keep the sales desk fully stocked with required forms and documents
• →Process and manage titles through the WebDealer system
• →Track and manage dealership inventory and title documentation
• →Notify customers when license plates are available or mailed
• →Monitor and track lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation and follow-through
• →Coordinate with both sales and accounting departments to support operational needs
• →Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using dealership systems and standard office software
• Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
