General Manager - RideNow McKinney

RideNow Powersports - McKinney, the largest powersports retailer in the country, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and knows how to build winning teams.

• →Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
  
  
• →Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
  
  
• →Cultivate a high-performing team culture through ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
  
  
• →Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
  
  
• →Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives
  
  
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships
  
  

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred (automotive, RV, or marine industries considered)
  
  
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading successful sales teams
  
  
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools
  
  
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics
