RideNow Powersports Kansas, is seeking a passionate and skilled Service Technician C Level to join our dynamic team. As a Flat-Rate Motorcycle/Slignshot Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. • →Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots
• →Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
• →Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
• →Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
• →Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
• →Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
• →Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• →High school diploma or equivalent
• →Previous experience as a Flat-Rate Service Technician is preferred
• →Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
• →Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• →Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• →Strong communication and customer service skills
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• →Valid driver's license and good driving record
• →Motorcycle endorsement preferred and required for some technician roles.
• →Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.  
• →Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
