→Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
→Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
→Look up records and enter customer information.
→Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
→Receive and account for all incoming parts.
→Provide cost of parts for customers.
→Make sure all displays are organized.
→Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied.
→Other duties as assigned.

1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.
Retail sales experience required.
Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
Exceptional communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts
Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
Ability to work a full time schedule including Saturdays
