The Event Director is a senior event management and leadership role within LEE, responsible for leading complex, high-profile live experiences and event programmes from initial brief through to delivery.

The role combines strategic event leadership, senior client and stakeholder management, commercial oversight and team leadership. The Event Director ensures that the event experience delivers against client objectives while working closely with Client Leadership, Producers, Senior Producers and Technical Production to ensure the wider project is successfully delivered.

The Event Director is not a replacement for Client Leadership or the overall project/production lead. They provide senior event and experience leadership where the scale, complexity or strategic importance of a project requires it.
