Data Operations Analyst

• →Act as part of the global support function providing high‑quality client experience.
• →Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support timely incident resolution.
• →Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• →Research and resolve complex issues related to financial calculations.
• →Support performance attribution analysis for multiple asset types.
• →Create and maintain validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
• →Ensure high data quality across diverse asset classes.
• →Monitor and resolve data quality checks and anomalies.
• →Collaborate with data providers to investigate or clarify methodology. 

• A Recent graduate with a degree in:  Mathematics / Finance / Engineering or someone with at least 6 months experience in quantitative/ data analytical fields (equity, fixed income, indices, financial markets, investment analytics)
• Strong analytical background, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience using financial spreadsheets or databases (from academics, internships, or self-study).
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English—both written and verbal.
• Exposure to Python or another programming language.
• Prior internship or project experience involving: Data analysis / Financial modelling / Client or stakeholder communication 

• We offer a hybrid work setup with in-office attendance twice or thrice a week, Following the 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Manila local time) work schedule.
