Reporting to the Manager, Capital Markets & Treasury, this role provides analytical support across treasury, capital markets, and corporate finance. The successful candidate will work on financing initiatives, capital allocation decisions, market intelligence, and liquidity management.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to debt and equity capital markets, investment banks, lenders, rating agencies, and strategic decision-making within one of Canada's leading publicly traded REITs.

The role is well-suited for candidates pursuing professional designations such as CFA, CPA or FRM, and seeking broad exposure to corporate finance and capital markets in a dynamic public company environment.

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.

1-3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, commercial banking, public accounting, equity research or investor relations.

Progress toward a CFA, CPA, FRM, or similar professional designation is strongly preferred.

Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Demonstrated interest in capital markets, investing, and corporate finance.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.

Highly motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools and technology to improve efficiency and decision making is considered an asset.

The base salary range for this role reflects compensation for candidates at varying levels of experience and proficiency. The salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant competencies, including skills, experience, education, and our teams’ requirements.
