Corporate Finance Associate

• →Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and other complex commercial matters
• →Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and related financing documentation
• →Coordinate with outside counsel, counterparties, and internal cross-functional stakeholders on significant corporate projects
• →Support the structuring, execution, closing, and post-closing administration of multiple transactions
• →Contribute to business development efforts
• →Help develop efficient legal processes, transaction-management practices, and internal documentation standards
• →Perform other corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work as business needs evolve

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both
• Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
• Comfort and familiarity working with business and other non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with strong initiative and desire to grow professionally

Compensation and Benefits 

• Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
