Located in rural Jasper, Florida - At Oak Grove Academy, we provide a therapeutic approach to improving the lives of Youth through the many opportunities we offer such as Equine, Sports, Culinary Arts, Medical or Masonry.

Pay: Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth. You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.

To be considered you should: Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities and possess a Driver's License.

Schedule:    Our Youth Care Worker schedule follows a repeating 10-day rotation: work two days, off three days, work three days, and off two days. The rotation does not restart at the beginning of a new week or pay period. Each full shift is 12 hours with a 1-hour unpaid break = 11 working hours.
