Woodford Home is located on 27^th Street off Mishawaka Ave. in South Bend, Indiana.  It is situated close to public transportation, a public library and a public university.  The Woodford Home serves male youth with a history of delinquent behaviors, mild mental health issues, abuse, neglect and trauma needs who are transitioning back to the community from a residential placement.  Woodford Home is licensed by Indiana Department of Child Services as a Child Caring Institution (CCI) serving up to 15 male youth between the ages of 14-21.   The Woodford Home provides a safe therapeutic home for young men returning to the community from a residential placement.  It is operated by Rite of Passage, Inc.      

 After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people to become successful adults.
