TikTok Shop Creator Coach

• →Be every creator’s best resource. You’ll spend your days in conversation with creators, hosting group calls and 1:1 sessions, answering messages, and connecting with many creators every day. From the moment a product lands, you’re the first person they turn to for an idea, an answer, or a push, across Discord, WhatsApp, TikTok DMs, email, and whatever platform comes next.
• →Coach content that converts and feels unmistakably Ritual. You will review drafts and live videos and give fast, specific feedback on hooks, storytelling, and product demos. Working with our marketing team, you’ll help creators bring Ritual’s differentiators to life, from traceable ingredients to science-backed formulas, in a voice their audience already trusts. 
• →Get creators from first post to steady posting. You will follow up with newly sampled creators to get their first video live, then build the rhythm that keeps them posting. You’ll be measured on sample-to-post rate, repeat posting, and GMV per creator. Grow your roster’s results, and you earn higher-tier creators and a bigger role in Ritual’s creator program.
• →Keep your best creators coming back. You will notice when a creator starts to slow down, and you can re-engage them personally. Through recognition, community moments, and tailored coaching, you’ll make Ritual the brand your top creators most want to work with.
• →Turn what you see into what we do next. You will keep an always-on pulse on which hooks and formats are taking off and share what’s working with creators so they can start strong and build fast from there. 
• →Build the systems behind great coaching. You will create the brief templates, follow-up cadences, and roster tracking that make your coaching repeatable. You’ll run your roster day to day with the confidence to make the call and the judgment to know when to bring in your team.

• Content-Savvy: You love the craft of short-form content. You can watch a video once and tell exactly where the hook landed, where the story lost people, and what would make it convert.
• Relationship Builder: You genuinely love people, and creators can feel it. They answer your messages because you remember what matters to them, celebrate their wins, and tell them the truth about what isn’t working.
• Constructive Feedback Partner: You give direct, specific feedback that creators are excited to act on. When a video misses, you help them fix it in a way that builds their confidence.
• Adaptive Communicator: You match your style to the person and the platform, from a quick voice note on WhatsApp to a detailed written brief. When creators find a new channel, you’re already there.
• Operational Excellence: You are highly organized and detail-oriented. You manage dozens of creator relationships at once without losing track of a promise, a video, or a follow-up.
• Self-Starter: You are immensely driven and take ownership without waiting to be asked. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where trends move quickly and there’s always something new to build.

• A genuine TikTok obsession. You’re on the app every day, fluent in TikTok Shop and Affiliate Center, and quick to spot why a video worked or didn’t.
• The ability to diagnose gaps in creator content and coach for excellent hooks. As part of the interview, you’ll complete a live video teardown, breaking down real TikTok Shop videos and coaching a creator on how to make one stronger.
• A sharp eye for brand storytelling, including the ability to help creators translate what makes a product different into content that feels authentic and sells.
• Comfort managing a high volume of relationships across messaging platforms with a CRM or spreadsheets, and reading creator performance data to find the next coaching point.
  
  Bonus: You’re a creator or TikTok affiliate yourself, so you coach from experience and know firsthand what our creators navigate every day.
