Interim Consultant

Riverflex is running several technology transformation projects at once, and we need an experienced consultant to step in and strengthen delivery. You join our team directly, working alongside Riverflex consultants on live client engagements from week one.

You bring a consulting background and hands-on tech transformation experience. You move between workstreams where capacity is needed, take ownership quickly, and hold your own with senior client stakeholders.

  You drive delivery of technology and digital transformation workstreams across multiple client engagements

• →

  You plan and manage workstreams, keeping scope, timelines and dependencies on track

• →

  You manage client stakeholders up to senior level, building trust and keeping decisions moving

• →

  You work alongside Riverflex consultants, filling capacity gaps and moving between projects as priorities shift

• →

  You identify risks and issues early and put practical solutions in place

• →

  You contribute structured thinking, clear documentation and progress reporting to project leads

• A background in management or technology consulting

• Proven, hands-on experience delivering tech transformation programmes

• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders

• Ability to get up to speed quickly and add value from day one

• Comfort working across several projects at once

• Availability to start as early as next week

• Fluent English; EU work authorisation

The following are a plus:

• Experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm

You step straight into live transformation work with real ownership, not a long onboarding. You work directly with the Riverflex team across a varied portfolio of client projects, giving you breadth and visibility from the start. Strong delivery here opens the door to further engagements across our growing project pipeline.
