A comprehensive understanding of the financial data and operational issues underlying M&A is critical to a successful outcome. Riveron enables executives to make informed decisions by identifying risks and opportunities unique to each transaction.

Riveron’s full spectrum of M&A capabilities includes Buy-side Due Diligence, Sell-Side Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Transaction Tax, Lender Services, Integration Services, opening Balance Sheet & Financial Reporting, and Distressed Transaction Services.

  Use financial acumen, including knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, to assist clients on a variety of financial, operational, and tax issues associated with M&A transactions.

  Conduct and review research and analysis of a wide range of financial and accounting issues related to business transactions.

  Assist in the preparation of quality earnings and net working capital analyses for buy- and sell-side deals.

  Participate in executive management interviews with target companies.

  Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables

  Collaborate with project team to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance/ Bachelor’s in Accounting

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant transaction experience, including experience analyzing a target company’s quality of earnings (EBITDA), networking capital, and cash flows

• Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
