Responsibilities

→Ensures completion of new hire pre-employment tasks, to include background checks, secondary checks, screenings and other requirements needed.
→Coordinates onboarding process such as scheduling events with Employee Health.
→Accurately manages candidate profiles in Workday.
→Provides support and consistent communication for new hire processes.
→Collaborates with internal partners on job description requirements.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
Bachelors Degree, Human Resources or Related Field (Preferred)

1 year HR or relevant experience (Required)
Experience with HCM Workday and/or HR case management systems (Preferred)

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP (Preferred)
