Revenue Cycle Supervisor

• →Leads the daily operations of the department and serves as a resource to the team.
• →Monitors staff productivity to include timeliness and accuracy of tasks.
• →Manages team workload and delegates to ensure operational goals and objectives are met.
• →Identifies issues and develops action plans for resolution. Reports on trends.
• →Provides coaching and development of the team.
• →Works with managers and team members to provide staff education and communication including but not limited to update sessions, daily correspondence / communication of information pertaining to job performance, individual counseling and skill development, staff morale and motivation. Approachable and helpful to others.

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Bachelors Degree, (Preferred)

• Revenue Cycle (Required)

• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) - National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) Upon Hire (Required)
