What you'll do:

• Diagnose and repair the toughest residential HVAC issues
• Train and mentor apprentice technicians as we grow our team
• Build strong customer relationships and educate on options
• Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan

What you need:

• 5+ years of HVAC service/troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset
• Clean driving record, able to pass background check
• Track record of low callbacks, high customer satisfaction
