General Foreman - Pipe

$25.00 to $40.00/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits

• →Lead the installation of industrial and commercial piping systems while overseeing daily field operations, crew productivity, and project execution.
• →Coordinate schedules, short-interval work plans, material, tool, and equipment requisitions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• →Ensure quality craftsmanship, code compliance, safety standards, and accurate project documentation, including maintaining updated drawings and inspections.
• →Mentor journeymen and apprentices, resolve field challenges, and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades to drive successful project outcomes.

• Journeyman-level pipefitting, plumbing, or mechanical construction experience with strong knowledge of piping installation, welding, rigging, and system testing.
• Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate field operations, manage workforce quality, and maintain project schedules and productivity goals.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, code compliance, quality control practices, safety requirements, and mechanical system installations.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to make sound field decisions and mentor developing tradespeople.
