$25.00 to $40.00/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits

• →Perform journeyman or master-level sheet metal installation and related mechanical trade work on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• →Support daily field operations by completing layouts, material takeoffs, equipment start-ups, and trade-specific installation activities.
• →Coordinate crew productivity and help ensure schedules, deadlines, and project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
• →Conduct quality control inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

• Journeyman or Master License with hands-on experience in sheet metal installation, construction, or related mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, building codes, and jobsite best practices.
• Ability to read layouts, perform technical troubleshooting, manage field responsibilities, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and team success.
• Physical ability to work in active construction environments, including standing for extended periods and performing demanding trade work.
