  • At least 2 years' experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or a related discipline, with hands-on experience supporting go-to-market launches and marketing activities throughout the lifecycle of a solution.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting market and competitor research and applying insights to go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and solution launches.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and attribution methodologies to evaluate campaign performance, deliver accurate ROI reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop clear, compelling messaging frameworks that translate technical product capabilities into meaningful business value propositions for different customer segments and audiences.
  • A user-centric approach to product marketing, with the ability to use customer journey insights to improve positioning, messaging, and adoption outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, as well as engage with customers and partners.
  • A proactive approach to resource management, continuous improvement, and delivery within established go-to-market frameworks, alongside evidence of ongoing professional development in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or commercial disciplines.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel frequently across the UK&I region to RLDatix offices and customer, prospect, and partner locations.
