Cell Lead - Additive Mills (1st Shift)

The Cell Lead coordinates and supports the daily work of the CNC mill/lathe cell in our Additive Manufacturing division. This role helps the team meet production schedules and quality standards by coordinating employees, equipment, and materials; monitoring workflow; and providing on-the-job training.

• →Coordinate employees, equipment, and materials to support efficient, continuous production.
• →Execute production schedules and help ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• →Coordinate employee schedules and monitor work assignments.
• →Train and develop team members in cell processes and procedures.
• →Help ensure team compliance with company policies, schedules, and procedures.
• →Work with other teams to address production needs and keep work moving.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of related manufacturing or machining experience.
• Knowledge of CNC mill/lathe equipment and machining processes.
• Experience coordinating work schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and facilitate a team.
• Proficiency with business software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with job-costing systems.

• Experience machining medical components, devices, or instruments.
• Experience working to tight tolerances.
• CNC mill/lathe programming, setup, or troubleshooting experience.
• Business or technical degree, or equivalent experience.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
