Facility Standards Technician

Job Title: Facility Standards Technician
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director Store Standards
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:
Working under the supervision of the Director of Store Standards, the Facility Standards Technician will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks on-site at the Company's retail locations. Travel and overnight stays are required for this position. The position allows for up to 5O hours per week. All hours in a week over 40 must be approved by your supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Travel among the Company's locations to assess and correct deficiencies in facility upkeep to standards Perform pressure washing locations' fueling lanes and sidewalks as scheduled throughout the calendar year Perform interior & exterior painting of assigned locations
• Perform parking lot striping
• Communicate any concerns or issues with the Director of Store Standards from visits Other general duties as assigned by the Operations Team

Education & Experience:

•  High School Diploma or equivalent

• Highly professional and ethical with strong morals and integrity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, or electronically
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization
