ROME - Station Manager (m/f/d)

• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome 

• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous 

• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor

• You are a hands-on and effective communicator

• You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized

• You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently

• Driver's license Class B

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is between 38,000 EUR and 38,500 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
