→Preference is given to candidates with coaching certification and business background.
→A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Coaching Department and various departments within the company. To achieve individual, departmental, and company goals.
→You will need acceptable computer skills and be expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
→You will need the ability to effectively influence and build rapport by coaching people from all over the world.
→The ability to work from your home.
→At least two years of proven coaching history.
