As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical supporting role on the Employee Relations team. You’ll assist with the day-to-day employee relations operations, ensuring we maintain a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to learn the foundations of employee relations and contribute substantially across multiple areas.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Align employee relations (ER) policies with legal requirements and company values
- →Assist with tracking feedback, conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating updates with internal stakeholders.
- →Support cross-functional partners by preparing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-ups
- →Assist in ER investigations and observe interviews under the guidance of senior ER team members
- →Collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives. Assist in preparing materials and managing logistics for sessions on topics such as investigations, policy adherence, and performance management
- →Maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity, ensure documentation meets compliance standards, and produce routine reports
- →Assist in managing severance agreements and accommodation logistics, including documentation and vendor communication
- →Monitor the ER team inbox, respond to standard inquiries, and escalate complex or sensitive matters as needed
- 5+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes
- Knowledge of core HR practices and employment laws at both the state and federal level
- Familiarity with ER areas, such as performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution; you are able to navigate complex conversations and provide objective input
- Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with HR tools, including case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity)
