We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

Our Government Affairs team is a small, high-impact group working at the intersection of policy, business, and Robinhood's mission. We engage with lawmakers and regulators on the issues that matter most to our customers — from digital assets and retail investing to financial access and innovation. The team works closely with Legal, Communications, and senior leadership to shape Robinhood's policy positions and represent the company at the highest levels of government.

We are looking to hire a Government Affairs Associate to join Robinhood and focus on relationships with policymakers. Reporting to our VP, U.S. Government Affairs, this role will drive federal advocacy on behalf of Robinhood and advance our priority policy issues — described in more detail on Robinhood's policy site. This role is ideal for someone who is highly adaptable and can drive impact in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and add to our mission of democratizing finance for all.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
