Senior Network Reliability Engineer

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Network Reliability Engineer to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. You'll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team. This is a role for someone who leverages modern tools and cutting-edge methodologies as a core part of how they solve problems, and raises the bar for everyone around them.

This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.

• →Design, build, and support Robinhood’s production network and infrastructure systems by ensuring project infrastructure needs are met and partnering with engineering teams to improve
• →reliability and operational best practices. Design and maintain scalable and resilient cloud and data center networking solutions using automation and infrastructure management practices.

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus one year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Education and/or experience must include:
• Designing and operating production network infrastructure in data center and cloud environments, including routing and connectivity technologies.
• Working with dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF in on-premises or hybrid network environments.
• Developing network automation solutions using programming languages such as Python or Golang .
• Building or supporting backend services and APIs used for infrastructure or network automation platforms.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in large-scale production networked or distributed systems.
• Supporting scalable and resilient network services in cloud-based, on-prem or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches and firewalls, using standard networking commands or APIs.
