Performance & Closed Loop Specialist - 3 Months - On-Site - Abu Dhabi - Octopus

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Performance & Closed Loop Specialist with 5–8 years of experience to turn customer and operational data into prioritized improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on measuring performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance and accountability.

• →Turn customer and operational data into prioritized improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• →Manage DGE compliance activities and evidence management.
• →Support the evolution of the company's experience measurement framework beyond traditional customer metrics into marketing and commercial performance indicators.
• →Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance and accountability.

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer (VoC), Service Quality, Operational Excellence, Customer Insights, or Performance Management.
• Arabic-speaking specialist with a strong background in analytics, root-cause analysis, customer feedback programs, performance reporting, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with DGE compliance activities, evidence management, and the evolution of experience measurement frameworks.
• Ideal profiles include CX Performance Manager, VoC Manager, Service Quality Lead, Customer Insights Specialist, or Operational Excellence professionals from large enterprise or government-related environments.
