Senior Business Analyst ( 3-4 Months Contract ) - Remote - Octopus by RTG

• → Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
• → Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• → Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
• → Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
• → Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

• 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.

• Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

• Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
