Simpro Group is a SaaS leader in field service management (FSM). Simpro helps trades and field service businesses around the world manage jobs, people, and profitability. Our engineering teams — anchored by a world-class organization in Australia — have built FSM software that is trusted by thousands of businesses globally. We are now investing in a new engineering hub in Medellín, Colombia, and are looking for a Director of Engineering to build and lead this team.

We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded Senior Financial Analyst to be a true partner to the business: someone who turns complex financial data into the insights that shape decisions across the company, and who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• →Provide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization.
• →Own operating expense (OpEx) and headcount planning — partnering with department leaders to build and manage budgets, track spend against plan, and model the financial impact of hiring decisions.
• →Partner with leadership to track and interpret SaaS performance metrics — ARR, retention, and unit economics — translating them into actions that drive profitable growth.
• →Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other financial tools to provide insights into business performance.
• →Support ad-hoc requests from senior management for financial data and analysis.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
• →Identify areas for process improvement in finance operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology business strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics — ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, gross margin, CAC, and LTV — and how they connect to financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
