The Record to Report (R2R) Department is a global organization of over 650 experienced finance professionals working together to deliver financial services and solutions for Roche across the EMEA region. Our services cover financial management, period-end closing, capital and lease accounting, credit and receivables, manufacturing finance, and divisional reporting, ensuring compliance for 263 reporting entities in 96 countries with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and providing assurance of financial integrity.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Accountant you will perform day-to-day and closing activities in cooperation with cross-functional departments, according to predefined deadlines with full ownership of their tasks and in compliance with the Process Documentations of the respective business sub-process. • University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position

• Excellent communication and analytical skills 

• Outstanding customer orientation and service focus

• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude

• Proficiency in English
