Responsibilities:

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in health care delivery in positions such as: Nursing Assistant; Home Health Aide; EMT; Medic/Corps Person; or two clinical semesters completed as a Nursing Student Related academic study.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
