Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our team with a focus on softscapes and hardscapes. Possession of a valid driver's license may be necessary. The Landscape Crew Member will be responsible for assisting in the installation of various softscape elements like plants and trees, as well as hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planting softscape elements.
2. Participate in the installation of hardscape features like pathways, patios, and walls.
3. Perform tasks including mulching, weeding, and fertilizing.
4. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools properly.
5. Ensure that outdoor spaces are visually appealing and well-maintained.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:
1. Preferred experience in landscaping or related field.
2. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
3. Physical endurance and flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
4. Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
5. Basic knowledge of softscape and hardscape techniques and principles.
6. Possession of a valid driver's license may be necessary.
