Risk & Issue Manager (RAID)- Federal Health

• →Manage and maintain the program's Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) log throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor program risks while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• →Track program issues and coordinate resolution activities with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• →Facilitate regular RAID review meetings and provide status updates to program leadership.
• →Monitor cross-functional dependencies and ensure impacts to schedule, scope, or budget are identified early.
• →Prepare executive dashboards, risk summaries, and governance reports supporting customer and leadership reviews.
• →Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• →Maintain documentation supporting governance activities, readiness reviews, and customer reporting requirements.
• →Recommend improvements to project governance processes that strengthen risk management and program execution.
• →Support Program Management Office (PMO) activities as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience supporting project management, risk management, or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies within complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• PMI-RMP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
