- Current YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor or equivalent preferred
- Current YMCA Lifeguard or equivalent preferred
- YMCA’s I Hear You: Service with CARE to be completed
- Complete Supervisor Essential Series upon hire
- Ability to maintain certification-level physical and mental readiness
- Current Praesidium Academy trainings
