How it works: Maximum convenience—team drivers haul the preloaded trailers directly to the yard for you, and you complete the final-mile store deliveries using live unloads. • SHIFT & SCHEDULE ROUTINE: Home Daily Consistency: Sleep in your own bed every night! Work predictable, reliable local routes with dispatches assigned a full day in advance. Both day and night shift slots are available (including early morning starts prior to 0400). Weekend rotations and holiday shifts are required to match retail demand.
• QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: Open strictly to experienced CDL-A drivers holding 6 months of OTR experience in the past 12 months, OR 12 months of verifiable experience over the last 5 years (Note: Trainees and recent CDL school grads cannot be accepted on this account). Requires passing mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screens.
