What You Will Earn: Average gross earnings of $1,442 per week ($75,000 annually) structured via an activity-based payment formula ($0.32–$0.39 CPM plus hourly balance). Earn extra across every task: $6.10–$6.75 per stop, $0.52–$0.59 per unit loaded/delivered, $25 daily dispatch pay, $19.00–$22.25/hr cross-docking rate, $140 holiday pay, and safety performance bonuses (paid orientation/training at $19.00–$22.25/hr).
The Route & Physical Freight Setup: Local store delivery dispatches operating out of the Channahon, IL cross-dock within a 250-mile radius. Physical handling includes loading and unloading heavy home appliances (150 to 600 lbs) via ramps and 2-wheel dollies. Drives modern day cabs pulling 53' box trailers.
Shift & Weekend Home Time: Enjoy true home-daily scheduling! Work a steady Monday through Friday schedule starting at 06:00 AM (averaging 10-hour days) with most Saturdays and Sundays off.
Who We Are Hiring: Open strictly to drivers with at least 3 months of Class-A experience over the last 6 months who are physically willing and able to handle heavy appliance unloads using dollies. Mandatory pre-employment clearance requires passing both hair follicle and urine drug tests.
