Looking for strong pay, guaranteed hours, and a schedule that gives you a full week off at home? This nationwide Flex Fleet position is based out of Ankeny, IA, supporting facilities across the country.

$2,150 per week guaranteed based on 50 hours at $43/hour
$43 per hour, straight time
Approximately $115,000 annualized
$175 weekly per diem while on assignment
Flights, hotels, and rental cars covered

You'll spend 5 weeks on the road, followed by a full week off at home. Expect to work around 50–60 hours per week while supporting different facilities nationwide.

Equipment and freight vary by assignment. Some runs are no-touch, while others involve driver assistance, unloading, or tarping.

Requirements

At least 22 years old
Valid Class A CDL with at least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
Must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screenings
